New Lights Do Not Turn On At All

VEHICLE: Various.
KNOWN: Subaru, Toyota Venza, ProStar, Kenworth T660.

ISSUE: Nothing appears to work when plugged into vehicle. When kit is tested using battery, everything ignites as normal.

SUMMARY: The polarity used by the vehicle manufacturer is reverse of what is normally specified by the connector. Halogen bulbs are not polarity sensitive and as such work without issue.

RESOLUTION: Swap the connectors around using a small flat headed screwdriver. Push/slide the connector leg back out and switch the sides as seen in the link below. Remove the small black securing lock which holds the leads by lifting each side to release it.  Be gentle but firm and it will come off without a problem.
